Dance can make a dull mood Vibrant and that is proved right by the latest Bollywood movie “ABCD 2”. Director of this film and also a great choreographer Remo D’ Souza believed and proved that Dance in an expression of life and not a medium to impress others. This Film is sequel of “ABCD”. This movie speaks about the struggling journey of the central character Suresh played by Varun Dhawan and his strong dedication towards winning the World Championship trophy of HIP HOP dance. To win this trophy is not only his dream but also the dream of his mother. One of the prime team member in his dancing troupe is Suresh’s lady love Vinnie played by Shraddha Kapoor. In his team he is also having his dance mentor Vishnu Sir, played by the most dashing dancing star of the industry Prabhu Deva.
We need to accept the fact that in recent time there are very few movies which are based on Dance and when some surprising movies like “ABCD 2” hits the theater then one must watch it. The crazy created by the trailer of this movie was very inspiring. It’s also very true that this movie gives a feel of the movie “Chak De India”, where the situation was very similar to that of ABCD 2. 3 D movies are now in demand and this particular 3 D film managed to create the same excitement among the viewers. In the storyline there is lack of some depth which is completely covered and taken care by the spectacular dancing moves by the artists. The pair of Shraddha and Varun looks very cute and impressing on screen. Varun did his best in molding every move of him into a perfect dance move and for that he deserves a great round of applause.
Coming down to Shraddha, she proved that she is not only mastered the art of expressive acting but also proved that she can do miracle while setting the stage on fire with her excellent dance moves.
The songs of this movie are already a Hit and the credit goes to duo Sachin- Jigar. Especially the song “ Sun sathiya” It’s amazing and soulful.
If we need to point out some drawbacks in this movie then we have some:
- Too much unwanted Dialogue by Shraddha Aka Vinnie
- Poor Screenplay
- Poor editing
If you are excited to see a movie on dance and some talented dancers on floor then this movie is a definite watch. Indiacafe24.com Rates this movie with 3 stars for its sizzling dancing acts and moves.
