By profession, he belongs to the IT industry but started cooking at an early age. He got inspired by his mother’s cooking skill and is a vivid lover of different Indian cuisines.

Subarna Ghosh

A Master Degree holder in History and has a great interest in cooking traditional cuisines. She started a take away counter for authentic Bengali cuisine in Hyderabad and running it successfully. She loves nurturing the recipes of mothers and grandmothers with a twist.

Besides the winners of this contest, we will also pick some good recipes from other participants of this contest to include in the book.  The winners of this contest will get a copy of this book.
