I recently read one such book that was recommended by a friend earlier. Titled, Chill Out And Cheer Up – A Ten Step Guide, the book has been authored by Grace Grossman. In keeping with the theme of the book, its cover page is deigne with a bright yellow background ad features a sunflower adjacent to the title. The whole effect is that of making the readers feel happy and cheerful from the moment they receive the book.
The book takes the readers on a journey where there are able to analyze their life and make it more happy and peaceful. Reading the book is like performing self-healing sessions that help readers to free themselves from the shackles of everything toxic that their mind, soul, and body is filled with. It highlights the fact that people are surrounded by so much negativity, fear, greed, doubts, and pressures, that they fail to appreciate the various small blessings they come across on a daily basis. Most importantly, the book offers useful and effective insights to help the readers overcome these challenges and enjoy a happy and joyful life.
Chill Out And Cheer Up is a truly life-changing book for people who tend to focus only on their problems and have forgotten to live life. I found the language of the book to be extremely easy and the narration was smooth and consistent. Most importantly, the solutions offered in the book are easy to implement and helps the readers in filing their life with positivity. As a reader, I found the book to be extremely inspiring and motivational and wish Grace the very best for its success.

The cover and the title of the book are very inviting. I am not a big fan of self-help, or maybe I haven’t found the right book yet. But this might be a start.
