The market is full of books offering advice on eating right for losing weight causing people to hop from one crash diet to another without much thought. A few days back my attention was caught by seemingly yet another version of such a book at a book café. However, as I started turning the pages of Eat Up Clean Up written by Manjari Chandra, I came to realize that it presented the concept of eating right from an entirely different perspective.
The book aims to help the readers realize that it is their in-disciplined lifestyles along with their wrong eating habits that result in weight gain. It highlights the fact that our traditional meals and cooking methods can actually help in building a healthy and fit body rather than the crazy crash diet that is currently popular. The book uses the stories of common people to educate the readers about how small changes in their eating habits can provide significant results in terms of weight loss.
The book proves to be an interesting read as it provides information about the basic principles of using food as medicine. All the details provided in the book are well-researched and presented in simple and easy to understand language. The book offers a complete course on nutritious, time-tested, and easy to follow methods of healthy living without the need for readers to sweat and stretch too much. What I can say about author Manjari is that she beautifully penned down the book making it easy to understand for the readers. Having such book in collection is a definite blessing in this odd corona pandemic situation. I wish Manjari huge success with her book and life ahead.

A book I should give a reading. Eating healthy food is a myth when it comes to people like me who used to live in a hostel. I have to implement a healthy eating habit.

This sounds like a very valuable worthwhile book to read! I definitely need to start developing a healthier eating habit!
I love the idea of this book, it’s really hard to collect all details from the internet and it’s authenticity is another problem too. This seems a much needed read
Well written!!
